Description

Cottage Cheese Cookie Dough is a creamy, protein-packed, and guilt-free snack that tastes just like edible cookie dough! Perfect for satisfying your sweet tooth without compromising on health.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup cottage cheese (smooth or blended for a creamier texture)
  • 1/4 cup peanut butter or almond butter
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup or honey (adjust for sweetness)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/3 cup oat flour (or almond flour for a gluten-free option)
  • 1/4 cup mini chocolate chips

Instructions

  • If using regular cottage cheese, blend it in a food processor or blender until smooth.
  • Transfer the cottage cheese to a mixing bowl. Stir in peanut butter, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and salt until well combined.
  • Gradually fold in the oat flour until the mixture resembles cookie dough. Adjust the flour quantity if the dough is too wet or dry.
  • Stir in the mini chocolate chips.
  • Chill the dough for 15 minutes if a firmer texture is desired, or serve immediately.

Notes

  • For a nut-free option, replace peanut butter with sunflower seed butter.
  • Oat flour can be made by blending rolled oats in a food processor until fine.
  • Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
  • This cookie dough is edible as is and not intended for baking.
