  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (or thighs)

  • 1 cup garlic Parmesan wing sauce (from Buffalo Wild Wings or homemade)

  • 1/2 cup heavy cream

  • 1 cup chicken broth

  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning

  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder

  • Salt & pepper to taste

  • 1 cup shredded Parmesan cheese

  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

  • 12 oz (about 3 cups) uncooked pasta (penne, rigatoni, or rotini)

  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)


Instructions

  1. Prepare the Chicken:

    • Place the chicken breasts in the bottom of the crockpot.

    • Pour the garlic Parmesan wing sauce, heavy cream, chicken broth, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and pepper over the chicken.

  2. Cook:

    • Cover and cook on low for 4–6 hours, or until the chicken is tender and fully cooked.

    • Once cooked, shred the chicken using two forks and stir it into the sauce.

  3. Add Pasta:

    • Stir in the uncooked pasta and cover the crockpot again.

    • Cook for an additional 20–30 minutes, or until the pasta is tender and fully cooked. Add a little extra chicken broth if needed.

  4. Add Cheese:

    • Stir in the shredded Parmesan and mozzarella cheese until melted and creamy.

  5. Serve:

    • Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot.
