Ingredients
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (or thighs)
1 cup garlic Parmesan wing sauce (from Buffalo Wild Wings or homemade)
1/2 cup heavy cream
1 cup chicken broth
1 tsp Italian seasoning
1/2 tsp garlic powder
Salt & pepper to taste
1 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
12 oz (about 3 cups) uncooked pasta (penne, rigatoni, or rotini)
Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
Prepare the Chicken:
Place the chicken breasts in the bottom of the crockpot.
Pour the garlic Parmesan wing sauce, heavy cream, chicken broth, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and pepper over the chicken.
Cook:
Cover and cook on low for 4–6 hours, or until the chicken is tender and fully cooked.
Once cooked, shred the chicken using two forks and stir it into the sauce.
Add Pasta:
Stir in the uncooked pasta and cover the crockpot again.
Cook for an additional 20–30 minutes, or until the pasta is tender and fully cooked. Add a little extra chicken broth if needed.
Add Cheese:
Stir in the shredded Parmesan and mozzarella cheese until melted and creamy.
Serve:
Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot.
