Instructions
- Cook the Protein: Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add ground chicken or turkey and cook until browned. Drain any excess fat.
- Sauté Veggies: Add garlic, ginger, and coleslaw mix to the skillet. Cook until softened, about 5 minutes.
- Season: Stir in soy sauce, sesame oil, and green onions. Cook for 2 minutes to blend flavors.
- Make the Dip Base: In a large bowl, combine cream cheese and sour cream. Mix until smooth.
- Combine: Add the cooked mixture to the cream cheese base and stir until fully incorporated.
- Serve Warm: Transfer to a serving dish and garnish with additional green onions. Serve with wonton chips, crackers, or fresh vegetables.
