Ingredients
12 slider buns
12 cooked beef or turkey meatballs
1 cup marinara sauce
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
2 tablespoons butter, melted
1 clove garlic, minced
1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet or casserole dish with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
Assemble Sliders: Place the bottom halves of the slider buns on the prepared baking sheet. Add a spoonful of marinara sauce to each bun, then place a meatball on top. Sprinkle shredded mozzarella over each meatball and cover with the top halves of the buns.
Prepare Garlic Butter: In a small bowl, mix the melted butter with minced garlic. Brush the tops of the slider buns generously with the garlic butter.
Bake: Bake in the preheated oven for 12–15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted, and the buns are golden and slightly crisp.
Garnish and Serve: Remove from the oven and sprinkle with fresh parsley for garnish. Serve immediately and enjoy these crowd-pleasing sliders!
